This comforting and nourishing soup is packed with nutrients that can support your body’s recovery process.

Chicken Bone Broth

Why Bone Broth?

Bone broth is rich in collagen, amino acids, and minerals that support gut health, reduce inflammation, and provide the building blocks for tissue repair—all critical for wound recovery.

Ingredients:

• 4 cups bone broth (chicken or beef)

• 1 cup shredded cooked chicken

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tablespoon grated ginger

• 1 cup diced carrots

• 1 cup sliced celery

• 1 cup baby spinach

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.

2. Add carrots and celery, cooking for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

3. Pour in the bone broth and bring to a gentle boil.

4. Add shredded chicken and reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Stir in spinach until wilted.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve warm and enjoy the gut-friendly benefits!

Pro Tip: To add even more gut-healthy benefits, consider topping the soup with a spoonful of sauerkraut or a splash of apple cider vinegar before serving.
